How do I join Dining Rewards @ 4100?

It’s free and easy! You can enroll in several ways:

How do I earn points?

You’ll earn 10 points for every dollar you spend at the Nusenda Café (including self checkout kiosks, through the website, via the app).  Just remember to provide your phone number to sign in to your account when you place and pay for your order and you’ll earn your points.

Can I earn points if I order in-cafe?

Earning points on your Nusenda Café purchases is easy.  When you check-out, you’ll be prompted to input your phone number.  This is the same phone number you used to join Dining Rewards and serves as your member ID. Pay for your order and you’ll earn points!  It’s that easy!

How do I earn points for online orders (website or app)?

Earning points on your online orders (including website and the app) is easy!

Website: Log in to your account with your phone number.  Choose your items, place and pay for your order.

App: Login to your account with your phone number.  You’ll receive a verification text. Input that code.  Choose your items, place and pay for your order.  You’ll earn points on your online order.

Can I earn points on Take Home Meals?

Yes, you can earn points for Take Home Meals ordered online (website or app).

Must I have the app to be a member of Dining Rewards @ 4100?

No.  You don’t have to use the app to enjoy the benefits of Dining Rewards.  However, we encourage you to download the app to make the most of your membership.  The app provides you with the latest menus, online ordering, reward status, operating hours and everything you need to maximize your dining experience.  Download it today!

How do I redeem rewards?

Every 1000 points, you’ll earn a $5 reward loaded to your Dining Rewards account. Redeeming your reward is easy:

In Café on your next dining purchase: 

  • Self check-out or Kiosk:Input your cell phone # and choose “Redeem Reward” when you hit the order payment screen.Your reward will be applied to your purchase.

On your next online order (website or app):

Choose your items and when you get to the payment screen, select your reward and apply it toward your balance due.  You’re all set! 

Can I use multiple Rewards in one order?

You are currently limited to one reward per order.  You can’t redeem your reward in combination with other coupons or offers.

 

How do I keep track of my points and rewards available?

You can access your Dining Rewards account anytime 24/7 online (via the website or app). Log in to access your rewards available (earned but not yet redeemed), and points remaining to your next $5 Reward.

 

Do points or rewards expire?

Yes. All good things must come to an end. Points expire 365 days after they are earned. Rewards expire in 30 days after issuance.

 

How long will Dining Rewards @ 4100 be available?

Great question. Dining Rewards is a trial program we’re kicking off in July 2022. We will be getting your feedback, making adjustments, and evolving the program to improve it and make it even more rewarding for you. This is just the first chapter… we anticipate plenty more!
